During those 10 weeks Jona will guide you through a process that has proven very useful to her clients to get control over their anxiety feelings, to calm those feelings and little by little to let go of them. This process does not only effect your anxiety because through your woork with Jona you can enhange your personal power a great deal, your self confidence, your self respect, your communication skills and a lot more.
In the beginning of each week, Jona and her team open the doors for you to her micro articles and worksheets for that particular week.
Then you will have an online 30 – 40 min. session with Jona each week;
– to talk about the handouts and how you are doing with the worksheets
– or for one of the three personal coaching sessions with Jona where you decide what you need the most for the two of you to explore together in that coaching session.
